I'm finally here!
I've been longing to go to Malta for as long as I can remember, and now my dream has finally come true. I stay at a hotel in the center of Valletta, the capital of Malta.
My plane arived at noon yesterday, and I spent the day enjoying the good weather and the low prices of the city.
Today I am just going to stroll around, have a look at the old buildings built around the 16th century, do some more sightseeing and maybe visit some museums.
I'll see you later!

Entry 2 from Malta
Cheers,
I was sort of getting bored with beeing in Valletta, so I decided to head for the coast and the beaches. I currently stay in a small village close to Mellieha Bay, one of Malta's best known beaches. I enjoy every day, just relaxing in the sun, swimming in the clear, green water and eating ice cream on the beach.
When I was lying on the beach I felt like I could you just lie there forever, and I guess I would have if it wasn't for rather agressive sunburn, which kept me in my hotel-room the next day.
The next day was my last day on Malta, and I spent in the caves under the cliffs in the north of the island. It was a magnificent experience, and the view into the biggest cave was absoloutely breathtaking; the stalactites hanging down from the cave's ceiling, the clear water sparkling in the light from the sun that came through a hole in the cave and the fishes in the ocean beneath us. It was just stunning, sometimes I do reckon there has got to be a God on this planet.
Now I'm sitting on a plane heading north for Ireland, the Green Island.
